Food Cost Analysis

4 Hour HACCP style walk through with Culinary and Food Beverage Team un-announced. General Manager to provide approval.
Members required to be on walk through: Engineer, Purchasing, Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director and Chief/Executive Steward.
Provide Thorough Assessment Report from initial walk through results
Provide Seminar training – 4 Hour Class
Administer Test for HACCP program to all Food and Beverage/Culinary/Engineering /Purchasing
Provide Seminar Training Manual – 5 copies provided
Provide Basic Forms for daily temperature controls

Package Cost : $2200.00
Mandatory anonymous inspection within 4 month period: $750.00.
Additional Quarterly anonymous inspection: $500 per inspection. (optional)
50% Deposit prior to start of Assessment
Remaining 50% due upon receipt of Assessment
